The purpose of this study is to examine the impact religiosity on employee motivation learn and transfer in context public sector Malaysia. data was collected through a survey at two points time. respondents are 306 employees Malaysia, who attended specific training program. were analyzed using structural equation modeling. findings reveal both significant predictors transfer, with recording higher effect than religiosity.
